Sometimes the leftover waxes in our 100% Pure Avocado Oil solidify when it is exposed to extremely low temperatures resulting in a change of appearance from slightly opaque to extremely crystalized depending on the extent and duration of exposure. This occurrence does not change the nutritional value of the oil. In fact, the oil will clear up when heated!
